Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

The outfitter will provide a field kitchen in a heated cook tent where home-style meals are prepared daily to keep you fueled for the hunt. It's a warm, welcoming spot to gather, eat, and share stories after a long day in the field.

This hunt will be primarily done with elite mountain hiking horses and can even be done on side by sides. Hunters must only be in moderate hiking shape as most areas can be accessed via horseback. This is a spot and stalk hunt so once spotted hunters will usually be expected to hike 1-2 miles.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Transportation will not be provided to and from the airport however it will be provided throughout the duration of the hunt. Hunter will need to rent a car to get to camp.

Description
Hunters should bring quality layered clothing for varying fall weather, including waterproof outerwear, a warm insulated jacket, and durable boots. Essential gear includes a backpack, headlamp, binoculars, rangefinder, knife, and personal items like gloves, beanie, and rain gear. Don’t forget your rifle, ammo, and any required licenses or tags. A full gear list will be provided upon booking.
